Sure to make a splash in any wildflower garden, this unique Asclepias variety in some ways resembles, but is much flashier in color and form than its Butterfly Mildweed cousin, which most gardeners will be more familiar with.  Known by many names, including Mexican Butterfly Weed, Scarlet Milkweed and Tropical Milkweed, this evergreen perennial shrub is native to the American Tropics and is as attractive to butterflies as it is to the gardener.
